Intent to Vacate Premises

Send your move-out notice securely through your tenant portal.

   Log in to your tenant portal

   Open the Focus Properties AppFolio tenant portal.

   Open the Home menu

   Select Contact Us from the menu on the left.

   Choose Request Notice to Vacate

   Find the option at the bottom of the contact page.

   Submit the Move Out Notice

   Complete the form and submit it through the portal.
